Öksüt Open Pit Gold Mine

InterContinental Geoscience (ICG) has been engaged by Öksüt Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (OMAS) to conduct quarterly reviews of slope monitoring data at the Öksüt open pit gold mine, located about 60 kilometers south of Kayseri, Türkiye. The specialist geotechnical reviews focus on summarizing monitoring trends, identifying exceedances of trigger levels, and providing operational recommendations to manage slope movement. Monitoring data are drawn from a wide range of instruments and sources, including prisms, vibrating wire piezometers (VWPs), slope stability radars, InSAR, drone imagery, and meteorological records.

Karasay–Karatag–Mezar Open Pit Gold Project

ICG supported Multinational Mine Group (MMG) with a Feasibilitylevel geotechnical study for the Karasay, Karatag, and Mezar open pit gold deposits in Uzbekistan. This followed the completion of a Prefeasibility study by ICG in 2025. Through an integrated approach, ICG refined geotechnical models, validated datasets, and delivered final slope design parameters that guided safe and efficient reserve pit shell development. Our team conducted detailed stability analyses, assessed wastedump performance, and defined design acceptance criteria to support MMG’s definitive mineplanning process. The study provided executionready geotechnical recommendations that ensured longterm, sustainable, and economically optimized openpit operations.

Rozino Gold Project – HighConfidence Foundations and Mine Design for a Modern Gold Operation

ICG supported Turker Global Mining Co. in advancing the Rozino Gold Project in southeast Bulgaria with a targeted geotechnical and geochemical program designed to deliver DFS‑level confidence for open‑pit design, waste dumps, and the tailings storage facility. Our team led field investigations, material characterization, detailed slope‑design assessments, and comprehensive geochemical assessments to evaluate acid‑generation and leaching potential—critical inputs for safe, sustainable mine development. The result was a suite of execution‑ready design packages, QA/QC frameworks, and technical documentation that positioned Rozino
